Q) I can't get the program to run?

A) There are some security features built into the program. First, you are allowed to run this program on one computer. If you download the file on one computer and then copy it to another computer, it may not work on the second computer, but it will still work on the first computer. This is to prevent illegal file sharing.

Sometimes even if you are logged in as administrator, Windows Vista UAC causes some programs to treat the user as a normal user without admin privileges. In this case you have to turn off the UAC function.
